Yes. Every bundle is 100% raw human hair, ethically sourced from single donors. No synthetic blends, no animal hair, no fillers. Cuticles are intact and aligned from root to tip, giving natural movement, shine, and longevity.
Raw hair is completely unprocessed — no chemicals, no coating, no dye. Virgin hair may still be steam-processed for uniform texture. Our Signature textures are steam-styled, while Natural textures are 100% donor-direct. We clearly label both.
Our bundles are sourced from trusted partners in India and Southeast Asia. Each product clearly mentions its origin.

Longevity & Care
With proper care, bundles typically last 12 months or longer. Gentle washing, cold rinsing, air drying, and silk protection at night are key.
Yes. Since it's raw hair, it reacts like natural hair. We recommend a licensed stylist for best results.
Yes. Use flat irons, curlers, or blow dryers with heat protectant. Keep temperature below 375°F.
Use sulfate-free shampoo with warm water, condition with cold water, rinse well, and air dry. Never sleep with wet hair. Use silk bonnet at night.

We measure stretched from weft to tip. Curly/wavy hair looks shorter unstretched — this is normal.
