Refund policy
Every bundle we ship is inspected by hand to meet the Temptation Tresses standard. Because of the personal nature of hair extensions and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of every bundle. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@shoptemptation.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item in its original packaging
- A short description of the issue
Approved claims will receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Hair that has been worn, washed, cut, colored, or altered in any way is not eligible.
Unopened Made-to-Order Items
Due to the custom nature of made-to-order lengths, these items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun.
